Great and heartfelt post. I’ll share what helped my anger. My insight may or may not apply to you, but maybe it can help someone.
I used to mistake anger for power. When I got angry, it was like feeling strong. People would have to listen to me, or I would get my way.
In my own childhood, I never felt heard. So an angry explosion would jolt people.
I’ve come a long way, but I certainly have felt everything you describe in this post!
Talk to your “angry part”. Maybe it just wants to be heard.
