Hi Bor, A couple thoughts here:

1. Guided meditations and Yoga Nidra are terrific for helping to focus the mind.

2. Samu is a form of mindful/meditative work.

3. Candle or fire meditation. You can stare at a flickering flame or trickling water.

4. And realizing we don't have to completely quiet the mind to meditate. I used to get hung up on this. Thinking I was bad at it, or that I wasn't doing it right. When the mind drifts, just gently bring it back without judgment.

Even a moment glimpse at the meditative state is enough to make someone want to return to it!
