I completely understand. I'm reluctant to use medicines as well.

I've begun to research if the neurodivergent brain processes or reacts differently to some medications.

I hope you've found tools that work for you, and glad to hear you got more accurately diagnosed. It's frustrating how poor the system is at diagnosing girls and women on the spectrum.
