Hi Mike,

It seems what we know and understand about the spectrum is changing rapidly, and is far from perfect.

I have a take on what it looks like for life to be substantially impaired. I've curated my life to be one that keeps me the most at ease. I work from home. I can wear loose and casual clothing everywhere I go. I say no to optional things that are too much for me. But it also means I don't go to crowded theaters, I don't enjoy restaurants, I don't go on boats or airplanes. Some may consider that "impaired".

Also, the spectrum is wide and can contain contradictions. I applaud your exploration!
