It's been an interesting exploration, that's for sure. I didn't get the autism diagnosis until age 56! And the ADHD diagnosis in my 40s. Women are particularly good at "masking" their symptoms, making it hard to recognize what's going on. Plus, I've managed to structure my life to allow me to be the most at ease. Social media has turned out to be a great space for neurodivergent people to share their stories.
