You make the perfect distinction. Eliminate added sugars, sweetened drinks, and processed foods, but stick with your brown rice, other whole grains, beans, fruits and veggies.

A keto follower once called me a "carb lover" because I had a big serving of broccoli on my plate. That was pretty funny.
