Hi, The best we can do is eat the foods that most closely resemble their natural form, unadulterated by modern food chemistry.

This is how I interpret that saying:

Choose the whole piece of fruit or vegetable instead of the canned variety. Brown rice instead of white rice. Whole grains over refined grains. Butter over margarine. Plain yogurt with no flavorings, thickeners or sweeteners. If you eat meat, simple sources instead of deli meats and hot dogs, etc.
