I get it. I’ve been there.

“Failing” doesn’t make you a failure ❤️ Failing is something that happened (and even that is subjective). But failure is a noun that labels you. and it just isn’t true. I don’t think having a setback makes you a failure any more than losing a baseball game makes you a “loser”.

A panic attack isn’t failing any more than a seizure or poison ivy.

But again, I get it. Just this week I posted this piece about a panic attack I had. Yes, I went through the same mental anguish as you describe, but I hope you can dust yourself off and love (and forgive) yourself!
