I’m sorry you think I’m promoting chiropractic. That’s not the point of this article. The entire piece is a list of healthy habits for building a strong foundation. Chiropractic is only one small piece. My goal is to help people be their strongest on a daily basis. It’s certainly not a guarantee that sickness won’t happen.
