You Feel Your Intuition, You Just Don’t Trust It

Feeling intuition and learning to trust it.

The more you tune into your intuition, the easier it is for you to recognize it and hear it.

A lot of people complain to me that they don’t feel their intuition. I think it’s actually more common to feel or hear it but then not trust it. If you don’t trust your intuition, you quickly push it aside. When you push it aside, it shrinks back and becomes even harder to hear.

The more you push aside intuition, the quieter it gets. Until it really needs your attention, then it shows up as an upset stomach or a full blown panic attack. And who can make sense of that once it’s gotten to that point?

After years of ignoring intuition, you don’t even know what you want any more. What’s important to you, and your values, get so mixed up with the loud voices of others and with your internal fears and limiting beliefs, that those threads that bind you to your higher wisdom get thinner and thinner.

Here’s how to reconnect to your intuition if you’ve been detached from it for a long time.

Start with a humble request.
